How to make almond milk at home?

Cow milk is not the only thing that you can use to prepare a VISION Smart Food cocktail. What are the advantages of consuming other types of milk that are of vegetative origin?

Coconut milk: it contains less sodium compared to any other type of milk. In most cases, 100ml of coconut milk contains the daily dose of vitamin B12, which enables the brain to work at full capacity.

Soy milk: a glass of soy milk before a workout provides a sufficient reserve of carbohydrates (for ensuring stamina) and maintains hydration (hindering dehydration).

Almond milk: it contains the least calories out of all of its dairy brethren and is extremely rich in vitamin E, which is essential for the skin, as well as rich in calcium and vitamins A and D. It is also easy to prepare on your own.
